1. About PixelMorph

PixelMorph is a free online platform of image and PDF tools, including converters, compressors, resizers, croppers and editors. This policy explains what information we handle when you use pixelmorph.dublark.com.

2. How your files are processed

Our tools are designed to process files locally in your web browser whenever technically possible. For the tools currently offered, the images you select are read and processed on your own device, and we do not upload them to PixelMorph servers for processing.

Some tools may download supporting resources to your browser to work. For example, the background remover downloads an AI model from a third-party content delivery network the first time you use it. Your image itself is still processed on your device.

If we ever introduce a tool that requires server-side processing, we will indicate this on that tool, and files will be used only to provide the requested result and not stored longer than necessary.

3. Information we may collect

  • Basic analytics: aggregated usage data such as pages visited, referring pages and approximate region.
  • Technical information: browser type, device type, operating system and similar data automatically sent by your browser, including in server and hosting logs.
  • Cookies and local storage: small pieces of data used for preferences (such as light/dark theme) and recent tool history stored on your device.
  • Contact information: your name, email and message when you voluntarily contact us.

4. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain and improve our tools.
  • To understand how the site is used and fix problems.
  • To respond to your questions, feedback or requests.
  • To protect the service against abuse and security threats.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use browser storage for essential preferences and may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure traffic. You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings; some preferences may then not be remembered.

6. Third-party services

We rely on third parties for hosting, content delivery, web fonts and certain tool resources (such as AI models). These providers may receive technical information like your IP address when your browser connects to them, and they handle it under their own privacy policies.

7. Data security

We use reasonable technical measures, including encrypted HTTPS connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

PixelMorph is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
